Muy Bien - that's all I can say!
Today was tamale making 101 and I was truly clueless as to
how labor intensive and time consuming these yummies are!
We all need to show tamale makers some love!

However, it is safe to assume the majority of us there
today dined on spinach and pork tamales this evening.
In my house they received rave reviews to be sure!
